World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter with a strong background in DoD and federal IT recruiting to support government programs in a fast-paced environment.

You will source and place cleared IT professionals, explain clearance processes, and collaborate with hiring managers while building robust pipelines. This role offers on-site opportunities across multiple locations (San Antonio, Tampa, Huntsville) with hourly compensation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DoD/federal IT recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for government or defense programs.
• Strong understanding of the security clearance process.
• Experience recruiting cleared candidates (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, SCI).
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications against technical requirements.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle IT recruiting for DoD and federal programs.
• Source candidates with active or eligible security clearances.
• Recruit across cybersecurity, cloud, systems engineering, network engineering, software development, infrastructure, DevOps, and other IT specialties.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of cleared IT professionals.
• Understand and communicate security clearance requirements and processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and program leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay current on DoD contracting trends, clearance requirements, compensation expectations, and the cleared talent market.
• Support recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical positions.
