Credence in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter focused on US Air Force, DoD and Federal contracts. You will own full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing and screening candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet strategic staffing needs in a hybrid role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience recruiting for IT-focused positions and skill sets.
• Experience recruiting for UI/UX Developers, AI/ML and Data Scientists/Engineers, DevSecOps, ServiceNow, Front End Java, Cloud Network Engineers, Solution Data Architect, Sr. Software Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full life cycle recruiting for DoD, USAF, and Civilian Federal contracts.
• Source and screen active and passive candidates and submit to hiring managers.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies using a variety of resources.
• Post job ads, network on social media, build pipelines, attend job fairs.
• Maintain ATS documentation for all candidates and sourcing activity.
• Support business development by identifying candidates for programs and pricing realism post-award.
• Assist proposals by engaging candidates to determine qualifications and documentation.
