Job summary

You will guide candidates from initial contact through onboarding, develop sourcing plans, mentor recruiters, and partner with HR and security on clearances.

This senior role requires seven years of full-cycle recruiting, including federal contractor experience, with emphasis on compliant processes and quality hires.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Five years recruiting technical talent.
• Three years supporting federal contractor recruiting with clearances.
• Ability to advise hiring managers, interpret recruiting results, and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and implementing recruiting improvements.
• Advanced sourcing, screening, applicant tracking, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality when managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake discussions to define qualifications, labor category, work location, certifications, clearance needs, compensation, and selection criteria.
• Develop sourcing plans using Boolean searches, professional networks, referrals, and veteran recruiting channels.
• Evaluate talent availability and advise on options and risks while upholding contract qualifications.
• Review applications and conduct structured screens to assess experience, education, and certifications.
• Prepare candidate recommendations and coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain pipelines for recurring needs and transitions.
