Gnostech, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to support its Washington, DC area presence. The role involves full-lifecycle recruiting for DoD and Intelligence Community programs, collaborating with senior leadership and the Capture team to identify cleared and clearable talent.

The ideal candidate will recruit across engineering, software, cybersecurity, systems administration, and program management, while coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years for DoD/federal/national security
• Experience recruiting cleared personnel (SECRET–TS/SCI) and understanding clearance lifecycle
• Experience recruiting across multiple states and managing program geographies
• Knowledge of government contracting staffing, labor category mapping, and transition-in hiring on new awards
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for DoD/federal programs, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding
• Build pipelines of cleared/clearable candidates across engineering, software, cybersecurity, and program management
• Recruit across multiple states and adapt sourcing to local labor markets and site requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to develop descriptions aligned to labor categories and funded ceilings
• Coordinate candidate interviews and support BD/capture staffing efforts with resumes meeting solicitation requirements
