Systech Federal is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter for a 3-month temporary contract to manage full life-cycle recruiting for federal contracts in the Washington, DC area. You will rapidly source cleared candidates, screen for technical qualifications and security clearance eligibility, and partner with leadership to fulfill requisitions on time.

This role requires proactive outreach and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting for cleared technical roles.
• Knowledge of security clearance processes (Secret, Top Secret/SCI, Full Scope Polygraph).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, short-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Drive full life-cycle recruitment for cleared technical roles across federal contracts.
• Rapidly source passive and active cleared candidates via resume databases, professional networks and clearance job boards.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, compensation expectations and security clearance eligibility.
• Partner with leadership and delivery managers to define requisitions and align candidates.
• Format resumes to contract submission standards and submit profiles for review.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, extend offers and negotiate salaries.
