Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience for a Federal Government contracting company or the US Government.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with an additional four years of federal government experience.
• Experience recruiting cleared personnel for security and IT positions.
• Extensive use of industry job boards and recruiting tools.
• Understanding of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI/SAP eligibility, and polygraph formats.
• Excellent command of English grammar and composition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Organized, team-oriented, and able to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit cleared personnel for government security contracts.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills and clearance status.
• Identify and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, social networks, and industry contacts.
• Create new job requisitions.
• Post job requisitions to hiring sites.
• Complete interviews with candidates.
• Collect documentation for security screening processes.
• Prepare resumes.
• Generate offer letters.
• Schedule new employees for onboarding.
