Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record independently running full‑cycle recruiting across technical, cleared complexity.
• Working knowledge of the federal clearance process up through Top Secret/SCI and polygraph‑level searches.
• A track record of hiring managers trusting your judgment on their reqs and acting as a partner.
• Experience proposing or improving something beyond your own req load, even in a small way.
• Personal habits or practices around using AI tools to work more efficiently while preserving candidate experience.
• A genuine, active interest in building more diverse candidate pipelines, with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Independently run the full recruiting toolkit. Within 90 days, manage a caseload of full‑cycle requisitions across technical and cleared complexity with light oversight.
• Build real clearance fluency, including first higher‑tier searches; be fluent explaining the clearance process within 6 months.
• Own stakeholder relationships on your reqs; provide market feedback, pipeline updates, and guidance without translating for more senior recruiters.
• Take ownership of a small project each year beyond your own req load (e.g., piloting a new sourcing channel or refining an intake process).
• Maintain compliance accuracy independently with EEO/OFCCP, clearance docs, and interview records.
• Identify and adopt at least one AI‑assisted efficiency in your workflow while widening and diversifying candidate pipelines.
