Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for the US Air Force and Defense federal sectors. The role includes sourcing, screening, qualifying against requisitions, and presenting candidates to hiring managers, while supporting administrative hiring processes in a hybrid Dayton, OH environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required; at least five years recruiting IT-focused roles.
Experience recruiting for security clearance positions in DoD, Intel, and Civilian Federal contracting.
Knowledge of DoD security clearance requirements.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
Support administrative hiring processes and documentation.
Provide strategic support to business development/capture efforts by identifying candidates for programs.
