You will manage schedules, safety, and client communications while guiding staff and maintaining project profitability. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in water restoration and carpet cleaning operations, with strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ops of carpet cleaning and water restoration teams.
• Schedule teams for efficient execution and manage budgets.
• Perform field work when needed to ensure quality and leadership.
• Train and mentor staff on techniques, safety, and equipment use.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper safety documentation.
• Act as primary client contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Work with upper management to set goals and monitor KPIs.
• Develop new procedures to streamline operations and improve service.
• Maintain inventory and oversee project documentation and billing.
