Position Summary:This position serves as a Classification & Compensation Operations Specialist which provides support for compensation, employment, and operational processes within UNC Greensboro. The role supports the administration of position management, compensation actions, pay and leave-related processes, and HR transactional activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, UNC System requirements, and University policies. The position also supports data analysis, reporting, testing, and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
NOTE: This position is designated as hybrid, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week of in-person work at the assigned Greensboro office location.
