Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, automatic transmission
• Ergonomically designed seats and optimal steering
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers with pull-out tabletop
• Built-in refrigerators larger than average
• Auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter
• Dual antennas, flat-screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layovers, and other load-specific factors. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may have longer periods out and additional days off, with prior written agreement on home time. We accommodate special events and appointments when possible.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri. Over half is drop-and-hook; the rest involves one pick-up and one drop. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, primarily in the US middle corridor, avoiding NYC, ports, and borders. Freight is mostly contracted, utilizing major highways, with no dedicated routes.

Rider and Pet Policies

• One passenger 12 years or older, available from day one
• Pets allowed with a $500 fee for up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog; $100 weekly deduction until paid off. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
