Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

We operate safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern features, ensuring safety and comfort. Enjoy high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Equipment

- 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Features include ergonomic seats, perfect steering position, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat-screen TV mount, satellite radios. Right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site maintenance and wash bay facilities.

Pay

- Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Detention, layover, and additional pays are determined per load and hours. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. Work this week, get paid the next. No holds.

Home Time

- Drivers typically get 2 full days off after 12-14 days out in our running area. Some areas may have longer durations with up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and will be documented. Drivers can notify dispatch of home time needs. We strive to accommodate special events and appointments.

Loads & Routes

- 98% of freight originates in Missouri. Over 55% is drop-and-hook. The rest involves 1 pick-up and 1 drop. Dry van (palletized) and reefer (climate-controlled) loads, mostly in the US middle corridor. No New York City, no force dispatch west of Denver, CO, and no ports or borders. Freight is mostly contracted, with a mix of dry van and reefer loads. No dedicated routes. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Rider Policy

- One passenger 12 years or older, available from day 1.

Canine Policy

- $500 fee per pet. Up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. Deduction of $100 weekly until paid off. Non-refundable once the pet is in the truck. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
