Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks, considered among the safest on the road. Features include ergonomically designed seats, perfect steering position, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges, on-site repair facility, and wash bay.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $0.55 to $0.58 per mile, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pay for detention, layovers, and other factors varies per load and driver hours. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. No hold periods.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operational area. Some drivers may have additional drive-through days or longer periods off if outside our main area. Home time is agreed upon in writing before hiring and will be respected. Drivers can notify dispatch of specific home time needs. Accommodations are made for special events and appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over half being drop and hook. The rest involves one pick-up and one drop-off. We primarily haul dry van and reefer (climate-controlled) loads, avoiding slaughterhouses, fresh meat, NY City, ports, and borders. Freight is mainly on major highways in the middle corridor of the US. No dedicated routes; drivers run contracted freight with a mix of dry van and reefer loads. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Policies

Passenger policy allows 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day one. Canine policy permits 2 small dogs or 1 large dog, with a $500 fee and a weekly deduction of $100 until paid off. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds. Policy is non-refundable once pets are placed in the truck.
