Job summary

Hueman is seeking a driven Class A CDL Driver Recruiter for a temporary role. You will recruit qualified drivers across local, regional, and over-the-road opportunities, delivering a candidate-centered hiring experience.

You will partner with managers and operations to understand routes, equipment, schedules, and compensation, while maintaining a strong, responsive recruiting pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers or transportation professionals.
• Familiarity with DOT requirements, MVR considerations, and driver onboarding.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach and fast-paced hiring cycles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified Class A CDL drivers through job boards and referrals.
• Screen candidates for CDL status, endorsements, DOT requirements, and pay expectations.
• Communicate role details and timelines clearly to candidates and managers.
• Guide candidates through interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate status and pipeline in the ATS.
