Job summary

Qualifications

• AIC/CPCU or insurance coursework is desirable.
• Strong understanding of claims processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the department's training program and curriculum.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
• Mentor new claims employees and facilitate their integration.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Partner with claims managers to assess training needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate continuing education initiatives for claims staff.
