Qualifications

  • AIC/CPCU or related coursework is desirable.
  • Experience with Brotherhood Mutual claims systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve assigned auto and other claims within established authority promptly and equitably.
  • Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and reserves; obtain supporting information.
  • Communicate with insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, and service providers to support resolution.
  • Maintain accurate claim file documentation and data entry per guidelines.
  • Identify cost containment, loss mitigation, and subrogation opportunities.
  • Handle litigated claims by coordinating with legal counsel as needed.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training to support department objectives.
