Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs within the claims department at the Corporate Office in Fort Wayne, IN. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of claims experience, and the ability to manage educational initiatives and materials.
