Job summary

WEB-TPA, Inc. is seeking a Claims Training Mentor to mentor new hires and staff through instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) while enhancing informal training solutions.

You will coach employees to reach full job competency in Self-Funded Claims processing and related operations, acting as a subject matter expert and partnering with audit, ops, and talent development teams. The role requires building hands-on training, conducting 1:1 coaching, and delivering content with ROI-focused

Qualifications

• 4+ years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Training of New Hires: Deliver and facilitate in person and virtual training spanning Customer Service and Claims Processing for multiple job roles for various client groups and blocks of business.
• Training Existing Staff for Continuing Education: Facilitate in person and virtual reinforcement sessions on a variety of product, system & job role, support area business processes.
• Feedback on Trainees
• Evaluation of Existing Content
• Partner with auditing, operations, account management, and Talent Development to evaluate existing content; perform needs assessment and recommend training solutions; report ROI on training impact
• Collaborate with instructional system design and development team to deliver pilot courses and provide feedback on instructional soundness of materials
• Provide feedback to the instructional design and development team regarding product content and skill adaptation enhancements
• Facilitation Method Feedback: Recommend best practices in facilitation for in person and virtual environments
• Administrative Tasks: Evaluations on course and delivery effectiveness, surveys, system images, and other duties as assigned
• Based on working knowledge of performance objectives, provide coaching and feedback to management on learner progress
