Job summary

CURE Auto Insurance is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in Princeton, NJ to mentor staff and build effective learning programs. The role includes delivering engaging training sessions in multiple formats and developing curricula aligned to company goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Personal Lines claims with PIP/BI training experience and familiarity with LMS, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel. The position supports a hybrid schedule with onsite and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Lines Auto Insurance regulations and claims processes.
• 3+ years of Personal Lines claims experience; PIP/BI claims experience preferred.
• At least 1 year PIP/BI training experience preferred.
• Proficiency with training technologies/LMS is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions (on-site, virtual, on-demand) aligned to goals.
• Develop training curricula, e-learning tools, and programs for efficiency.
• Create/update quick reference guides and performance support tools.
• Conduct refresher training at manager requests.
• Collect feedback to improve training effectiveness and programs.
• Track training completion and maintain records.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations.
• Mentor new and existing employees for career growth.
• Provide training support in tech integrations and software upgrades.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
