• 3–5 years in the insurance industry with knowledge of products and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, insurance, or related field
• Experience in training or instructional roles; strong communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Applied Epic preferred; certifications are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs covering sales techniques, retention strategies, and customer service practices
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing employees
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and development opportunities
• Provide one-on-one coaching to employees needing extra help understanding insurance concepts
