Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead a branch, drive performance, and partner with Liability clients to deliver superior service. You will coordinate resources, solve problems, and plan activities to meet strategic goals while upholding Gallagher Bassett’s culture and values.

The role requires extensive claims leadership experience, strong supervisory ability, and state licenses, with opportunities to influence processes and outcomes across a national scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 15 years related claims experience.
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch and supervise other Branch Managers.
• Drive hiring, training, and quality to nurture a performance-driven culture.
• Define area and branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level.
• Use Gallagher's analytics, technology, and metrics to enhance team efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, brokers, Account Management and Sales to strengthen relationships.
