Allianz Trade is seeking a Claims System Superuser & Operations Specialist to support Compass Claims for the Americas. You will manage defects, enhancements, and testing, coordinate with technology teams, and help implement system improvements for better performance and user experience.

The role includes reporting, KPI tracking, and project coordination, with a strong emphasis on bridging business requirements with system solutions and providing user training and governance support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/tech-related field with relevant domain knowledge.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications, workflow systems, or case management platforms.
• Experience with system testing, defect management, production support, and release activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Compass Claims System Superuser for the Americas region and support end-user issues.
• Coordinate defects, enhancements, and change requests in Jira and drive timely resolution.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and evidence collection; support releases and system improvements.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and improve processes, controls, and job aids.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for new functionality and changes.
• Support governance activities, access reviews, and audit/validation requirements.
