Hiscox is seeking a Claims Program Specialist to help drive operational excellence across the Claims group. The role blends hands-on claims technician work with training delivery, onboarding coordination, and content management in a hybrid setup.

You will partner with leadership, QA, and SMEs to keep materials current and promote tool adoption. The position travels to multiple US locations as a hybrid role and reports to the Claims leadership team.

Formación

• Experience in property and casualty insurance or claims operations.
• Ability to learn and explain technical concepts and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on claims systems and workflows.
• Facilitate onboarding and develop training curricula and guides.
• Convert training content to e-learning modules and quick references.
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance, and completion reporting.
• Support claims technicians with workflows and operational tasks.
