Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Claims Program Specialist to support operational excellence across the Claims organization. The role blends claim technician support with training delivery, onboarding coordination, and content management, acting as a bridge between daily operations and organizational learning.

The position operates as a hybrid role with roughly 50% claims technician duties and 50% training enablement. You will collaborate with leadership, QA, compliance, and SMEs to keep materials current

Qualifications

• Experience in property and casualty insurance or claims operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Experience facilitating training, onboarding, coaching, or knowledge transfer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs on claims systems, payment procedures, workflows, and new tools.
• Coordinate onboarding, maintain curricula, job aids, and reference guides.
• Convert training content into self-service modules and resources (e-learning, videos, quick guides).
• Support adoption of new tools and operational initiatives; track attendance and completion.
• Maintain and update Claims LaunchPad content and training reports.
