Responsibilities

• Oversee Delegated Claims Administration (DCA) support and governance.
• Onboard and administer DCA contracts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on First Notice of Loss handling and loss reporting.
• Coordinate data quality initiatives and participate in data governance forums.
• Monitor controls, update SOPs, and support ad hoc stakeholder requests.
• Oversee annual DCA audits and maintain liaison with auditors.
• Manage loss funds setup, replenishment, reconciliation, and reporting.
