Job summary

Allianz Trade in North America seeks a Claims System Superuser & Operations Specialist to lead the Compass Claims system for the Americas. You will support users, manage defects and enhancements in Jira, and help drive testing, releases, and process improvements across Claims and Collections reporting.

You will translate operational needs into system requirements, develop training material, and support governance activities. A strong background in claims processes and system testing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Credit Insurance, Commercial Claims, Claims Operations, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise applications, workflow systems or case management platforms.
• Experience with system testing, defect management, production support, and release activities.
• Experience using Jira or similar tool for defects, enhancements and project activities.
• Experience creating and executing UAT plans and documenting results.
• Experience creating and improving system-related processes, job aids, and training materials.
• Experience preparing operational or management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Compass Claims System Superuser for the Americas region and provide end-user support.
• Create, manage, revise, and track system defects, enhancement requests, and change requests in Jira.
• Coordinate with Technology, ROC, and Group stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, evidence collection, and results documentation.
• Support system releases, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and workflow improvements.
• Develop and maintain system training materials and knowledge resources.
