Allied Public Adjusters, Inc. is seeking a Claims Operations Manager (Systems & AI) to own and optimize the claims platform, workflows, dashboards, and AI tools that drive growth. You will align claims teams with technology, build scorecards, and lead an AI-enabled transformation for faster, more accurate settlements.

The role requires strong product ownership, PM discipline, and experience with Claimore or similar claims systems. It includes remote work within U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as product owner of software, backlog management and releases.
• Experience designing and running operational workflows.
• Ability to build dashboards and reports from raw data (Power BI/SQL/Excel/Claude).
• Experience running audits, compliance reviews or quality programs.
• Active AI development experience (Claude or similar).
• Strong PM who keeps developers and stakeholders on a plan.
• Clear writing and meeting leadership with agenda/pre-read.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a remote role.
• Experience in or around property insurance claims lifecycle.
• Experience with system rollouts or data migrations.

Aufgaben

• Design and update workflows across all claims processes.
• Own Claimore platform roadmap and backlog; prioritize vendor work.
• Build and maintain dashboards, audits, and automated scorecards.
• Aggregate and present claims numbers from a single source of truth.
• Lead AI tooling initiatives and expand automation across claims workflows.
• Shadow teams on-site quarterly and scale the function with new pods.
