Job summary

Security First Insurance in Florida seeks a Claims Support Supervisor to lead the Claims Support team, overseeing daily assignments, quality reviews, and vendor coordination. You will coach staff, monitor workloads, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service excellence across the department.

You will escalate issues, manage vendor-related tasks, assist payroll and timekeeping, and partner with Claims leadership on initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of relevant experience including one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in administrative and operational support within a claims environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Claims Support Specialists and coordinate daily work.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, and workload distribution.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Escalate issues related to vendor management, invoicing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate vendor processes and maintain contact information.
• Support payroll administration, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Assist the Claim Support Manager with communications and reports.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain performance metrics and reports on team activity.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners on initiatives and customer service.
