Qualifications

• Five or more years of administrative or insurance experience/training.
• Strong ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service mindset.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or insurance designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial compliance and accuracy within the Claims Division.
