Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external organizations to streamline collections.
• Make decisions on pursuit or closure of damage claims.
• De-escalate and resolve outstanding damage claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism.
• Explain the claims process and Sixt coverage to clients.
• Gather documentation from clients, insurers, and parties with confidentiality.
