Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, customer service, or similar.
• Knowledge of title and escrow processes or mortgage practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficient with multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control reviews of potential claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify data entry and quality requirements for all claims.
• Document findings and trends for management review.
• Act as a regional subject matter resource and support internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Claims Centers to ensure effective communication and routing.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to inquiries within SLAs.
• Support testing and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
• Initial triage of claims to determine type, urgency, and routing.
