In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers navigating the claims process, helping ensure a positive and seamless experience from the start. You will review and evaluate potential claims, gather and verify critical information, conduct quality reviews, and partner with teams across the organization to support timely claim resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys researching and connecting information from multiple sources, uncovering critical transaction details, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
