Collectors Universe Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Claims Coordinator to join the Claims team. The role focuses on guiding customers through the claims process via phone and email, processing payment requests, and drafting settlement agreements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Products.
• Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process payment requests.
• Draft and send settlement/release agreements.
• Accurately maintain insurance logs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and decisions.
• Provide timely updates on the status of payments.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to process payment requests for customers.
