• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service/customer support environment.
• Excellent PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and maintain key metrics including abandon rate, service level, and average handling time.
• Enter new claims into system and send relevant correspondence to adjusters or policyholders.
• Provide reliable phone coverage and support.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and advance within the claims department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
