Job summary

Eberl Claims Service is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead the day-to-day work of Claims Administrators and File Reviewers in a dynamic claims environment. You will assign workloads, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to policies and client requirements.

The role includes onboarding new staff, coordinating with vendors, and driving process improvements to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in claims, operations, vendor management or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of claim settlement practices as prescribed within the states that the team lead supervises.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn claims/operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day work of Claims Administrators and File Reviewers.
• Assign, monitor, and adjust workloads to meet service standards.
• Review completed work for compliance with policies, guidelines, and client requirements.
• Serve as first point of contact for team questions and escalate issues to the Team Manager.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on claims procedures and SLAs.
• Assist Team Manager with vendor communication and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Provide feedback on team member performance and development needs.
