Job summary

Eberl Claims Service in Dallas, TX is seeking a supervisor to lead Claims Administrators and File Reviewers. The role focuses on directing daily work, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining service levels while coaching staff on claims procedures and client requirements.

The position requires 2–4 years in claims/operations, solid customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office with experience in Xactimate/XactContents. On-site work in Dallas is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in claims, operations, vendor management or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of claim settlement practices in the states supervised.
• Excellent customer service focus and customer relations skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in client-specific software applications with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day work of Claims Administrators and File Reviewers.
• Assign, monitor, and adjust workloads to meet service standards.
• Review completed work for compliance with policies and client requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day team questions and escalate concerns.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on claims procedures.
• Assist the Team Manager with vendor communication and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and customer experience.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Provide feedback on team performance and development needs.
