Job summary

Eberl Claims Service seeks a Team Lead to supervise Claims Administrators and File Reviewers in a fast-paced environment in Dallas. You will manage workload distribution, coach staff, and ensure adherence to client service levels and company policies.

The role requires clear communication, strong problem-solving, and the ability to train team members on complex claims handling procedures, with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in claims, operations, vendor management or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day work of Claims Administrators and File Reviewers.
• Assign, monitor, and adjust workloads to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Review completed work for compliance with policies and client requirements.
• Onboard and train new team members on claims procedures and service level expectations.
• Coordinate with the Team Manager on vendor communication and performance monitoring.
• Identify process improvements to enhance quality and customer experience.
