Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling seeks a Claims Manager to oversee insurance claims across workers comp, auto, property and GL. You will partner with Legal, Finance and field leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves directing third-party administrators, monitoring reserves, and supporting return-to-work programs, with travel up to 10% and a hybrid schedule offering remote work up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 yrs claims handling experience; 5+ yrs preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or waste industry preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims across workers comp, auto, property, GL and other coverages.
• Coordinate with General Counsel, risk management, and finance.
• Direct third-party administrators and carriers for cost control and timely resolution.
• Support safety programs and return-to-work initiatives.
• Prepare settlement authority requests and assist with claim reviews.
