Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation claims, investigation, reserving and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience translating vision into team performance and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the claims staff, sets priorities, schedules work and coaches staff.
• Builds a high-performing team through onboarding, development and performance management.
• Leads continuous improvement and leverages data to drive quality and efficiency in claims processing.
• Maintains relationships with agents, brokers and policyholders as primary contact.
• Sites and conducts claim reviews, presents to customers and manages complex files within authority.
