You’ll bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of P&C experience, with strong analytics and stakeholder management. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive P&C insurance experience.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location risk management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims across auto, general liability, workers’ comp, and property.
• Lead insurance programs, renewals, and risk-financing strategies.
• Partner with executives, brokers, and carriers on risk management.
• Develop and maintain risk reporting and loss analytics.
• Support due diligence during acquisitions and integration.
