Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required.
• 4-5 years of related claims experience.
• Solid understanding of complex auto and general liability claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex environmental claims from notice through resolution.
• Analyze policy language, coverage issues, exclusions, conditions, and environmental provisions.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, coverage counsel, environmental consultants, and other specialists.
• Establish reserves on assigned files and advise on case value and resolution strategy.
