Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Adjuster license is required.
• 5+ years of property claims experience.
• Experience auditing claims, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Experience developing and delivering training.
• Working knowledge of claims systems and Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Build learning solutions for technical claims topics.
• Translate audits and regulatory changes into practical training solutions.
• Support onboarding, continuing education, and performance improvement programs.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training experiences.
• Lead training initiatives on claims quality, compliance, and operations.
• Partner with Claims leadership to drive capability development.
