Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking a Claims Coordinator based offshore in the Philippines to support the Direct Insurance team in Victoria. You will coordinate insurance claims, liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and property owners, and act as the main point of contact throughout the claims and repair process while working remotely for the Victoria team.

Key requirements include at least 2 years in Australian General Insurance, experience across general lines with Properties and Facilities preferred,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Australian General Insurance experience.
• Experience with any General Insurance lines but Property and Facilities industry is highly desirable.
• Must have experience in inbound call handling.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to policyholders and insurers.
• Monitor and drive quote activity across states to meet targets.
• Manage total life of all active jobs from start to closure.
• Accurately forecast and meet revenue targets.
• Drive healthy file management across the portfolio for all active jobs.

Job Description

Purpose of the role:

The Claims Coordinator will be based offshore in the Philippines, supporting the Direct Insurance team located in Victoria. This role is responsible for assisting with the coordination of insurance claims, liaising with leading insurance providers, loss adjusters, and property owners. The Claims Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for all parties throughout the claims and repair process, working remotely to support the Victoria-based team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to Customer (Policyholder) and Client (Insurer) = +50 NPS
• Total Life: Monitor and drive successful quote activity across all states to meet specific targets (Time & Jobs Won) = 54 days
• Turn Ratio: Manage total life (start to closure) of all active jobs to achieve target
• Revenue: Accurately forecast and meet revenue target
• Budget Improvement: Drive healthy file management across the portfolio, for all active jobs

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Australian General Insurance experience
• Experience with any General Insurance lines but Property and Facilities industry are highly desirable
• Must have experience in doing inbound call
• Excellent English Verbal and Written Communications skills
