Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking a Claims Coordinator based offshore to support the Victoria-based Direct Insurance team. You will coordinate insurance claims, liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and property owners, and act as a key contact throughout the claims and repair process while working remotely from the Philippines.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Australian general insurance, inbound-call experience, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Australian general insurance experience.
• Experience with general insurance lines; property and facilities industry desirable.
• Must have experience in inbound calls and strong English verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to policyholders and insurers.
• Monitor and drive quote activity across states to meet targets.
• Manage end-to-end life of active jobs from start to closure to meet targets.
• Forecast and meet revenue targets.
• Drive file management and budget improvement across the portfolio.
