Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a Claims Coordinator to support the Direct Insurance team from the Philippines while working remotely with the Victoria-based office.

You will coordinate insurance claims, liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and property owners, and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the claims and repair process.

The role requires at least two years of General Insurance experience, inbound call experience, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Insurance experience.
• Experience with any General Insurance lines; Property and Facilities industry desirable.
• Must have inbound call experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Purpose of the role:

The Claims Coordinator will be based offshore in the Philippines, supporting the Direct Insurance team located in Victoria. This role is responsible for assisting with the coordination of insurance claims, liaising with leading insurance providers, loss adjusters, and property owners. The Claims Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for all parties throughout the claims and repair process, working remotely to support the Victoria-based team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to Customer (Policyholder) and Client (Insurer) = +50 NPS
• Total Life: Monitor and drive successful quote activity across all states to meet specific targets (Time & Jobs Won) = 54 days
• Turn Ratio: Manage total life (start to closure) of all active jobs to achieve target
• Revenue: Accurately forecast and meet revenue target
• Budget Improvement: Drive healthy file management across the portfolio, for all active jobs

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of General Insurance experience
• Experience with any General Insurance lines but Property and Facilities industry are highly desirable
• Must have experience in doing inbound call
• Excellent English Verbal and Written Communications skills
