IntogREAT Solutions is seeking an Insurance Processing Support professional for Australia-focused policy data handling, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. This remote position emphasizes accuracy, regulatory alignment, and client service.

You will collaborate with brokers and insurers, manage data in systems, prepare policy documents, and assist with payments and reporting. Prior Australian experience is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Australian General Insurance experience.
• Experience with policy lifecycle management including renewals, new business, and endorsements.
• Experience supporting multiple insurance product lines; Commercial Insurance desirable.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, insurer, or related organization.
• Experience with Insight insurance software; Javln and OfficeTech exposure advantageous.
• Claims support and payment processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in compliance with Australian regulations.
• Data Entry & System Updates: Maintain accurate client and policy information in internal systems and databases.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and review policy documents, certificates, and schedules for completeness and accuracy.
• Claims Assistance: Support the claims process by collecting required documentation and liaising with insurers and clients.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure processing activities adhere to policies, privacy laws, and Australian standards.
• Payment Processing: Assist with premium invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation.
• Client Communication: Respond to inquiries regarding policy details and timelines.
• Broker Support: Provide administrative support including quotes, proposals, and client reports.
• Reporting & Record Keeping: Generate reports and maintain records for audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

Job Summary:

The Insurance Processing Support role is responsible for accurately handling policy data, processing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in line with compliance standards. They work closely with brokers and insurers to ensure timely and error-free transactions that maintain client satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of Australian General Insurance experience.

• Exposure to general insurance processes and policy lifecycle management, including renewals, new business, and endorsements, is required.

• Experience supporting multiple insurance product lines is preferred, with Commercial Insurance experience being highly desirable.

• Previous experience within an insurance brokerage, insurer, or insurance-related organization is acceptable.

• Experience with Insight insurance software is a must, while exposure to Javln and OfficeTech would be advantageous.

• Experience in claims support and payment processing is considered a plus but is not a core requirement.
