Qualifications

• Strong analytical, computer, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with policyholders and others to ensure claims are resolved.
• Explain policy coverage to policyholders.
• Complete thorough investigations and document claims.
• Determine the value of damaged items or pay medical benefits.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders.
• Resolve claims by paying, settling, or denying them.
