Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist clients through the claims process to help them return to normalcy after a loss.
• Work with policyholders, physicians, attorneys, contractors, and others to ensure claims are resolved promptly, fairly, and courteously.
• Explain policy coverage to policyholders and third parties.
• Conduct thorough investigations and document facts related to claims.
• Determine the value of damaged items or accurately pay medical and wage loss benefits.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties.
• Resolve claims by paying, settling, denying claims, defending policyholders in court, or recovering outstanding dollars.

About You

• Currently pursuing or have obtained a four-year degree.
• Experience in customer service roles in industries such as retail, hospitality, logistics, banking, automotive dealerships, vehicle rental, sales, or similar fields.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
