Responsibilities

• Support Claims personnel with telephone coverage and correspondence.
• Facilitate client interactions regarding claims processing.
• Collaborate with supervisor and teammates on assigned work.
• Work alongside other interns to assist clients.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Complete presentation outlining internship experience.
