Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the claims process and help them return to normalcy.
• Work with various stakeholders to resolve claims promptly and fairly.
• Explain policy coverage to policyholders and third parties.
• Complete thorough investigations and document facts relating to claims.
• Determine the value of damaged items and pay as necessary.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties.
